  • Product Requirements Gathering and Prioritization: Master the art of gathering product requirements, prioritizing features, and creating user stories using frameworks like user story mapping.
  • Hands-on Projects: Apply learnings through projects like developing a product concept, user research simulation, and creating a basic user story map.
  • Portfolio Building Workshop 1: Learn how to showcase your foundational TPM skills through portfolio development techniques.
  • Level 1 Capstone Project: Develop a product concept proposal, complete with market analysis, user personas, and a preliminary product roadmap.
